云白国际（00030）于2026年6月30日公告称，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购600万股普通股，占当日现有已发行股份总数约0.0631%。本次回购每股价格介于0.245港元至0.25港元之间，总耗资约149.95万港元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，截至2026年6月30日，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数为9,509,350,656股，库藏股数量增至28,548,000股。根据此前股东大会于2026年5月22日通过的购回授权，公司可回购的股份总数为953,789,865股，目前已累计回购28,548,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.2993%。
公司方面确认已根据《香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市规则》等相关规定进行上述回购，且此前提交予香港联交所之说明函件所载资料未发生重大变动。公告由董事刘怀宇签署。
