EnGro Corporation Limited announced that it has filed an affidavit with the Court to oppose a winding-up application lodged against one of its subsidiaries.
The company said that the Court has not yet fixed a hearing date for the winding-up application. Separately, EnGro has applied for a stay of proceedings in favour of arbitration, and the Court has scheduled a hearing for this stay application on Jan, 6 2026.
EnGro added that it will provide further updates when available and does not expect the winding-up application to materially affect the Group’s consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025.
