公司此前已于2026年7月8日及2026年7月29日就该建造合约发布公告。董事会目前由执行主席兼执行董事郑涌华先生、执行董事张瑞清先生，以及独立非执行董事薛淑玲女士、钟比能先生和黄仲权先生组成。
