Yan Tat Group Holdings Limited (1480) announced that on 14 November 2025, its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Denshi Maruwa Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. (DMI), signed a supplementary construction agreement with Jana Clean Technology Sdn. Bhd. The agreement covers additional construction works and interior installation services valued at RM$917,529, equivalent to approximately HK$1,706,604.

Under the agreement, the contractor will handle construction of a silk screen auxiliary room, an employee check-in room, installation of warehouse air conditioning and dehumidification systems, supplementary work for a chemical warehouse, and installation of insulation roofing. The project follows an earlier agreement signed on 13 June 2025 with a related party, and both agreements are aggregated for regulatory reporting.

According to the announcement, this two-phase construction work is designed to support the company’s manufacturing expansion in Malaysia through DMI. The supplementary agreement, when aggregated with the previous agreement, constitutes a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules, as one or more of the applicable percentage ratios exceed 5% but remain below 25%. Financing will be sourced through internal reserves, banking facilities, or a combination of both.
