SMART DIGI TECH (01159) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$11.713 million, representing a decrease of 54.2% compared to the same period last year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company reached HK$151 million, compared to a loss of HK$11.286 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. Earnings per share stood at HK$148.45 cents.

For the six months ended June 30, 2025, revenue from media and cultural business amounted to approximately HK$11.70 million, compared to approximately HK$25.60 million in the same period of 2024. Despite the revenue decline, the group recorded a one-off net gain of approximately HK$245 million from the disposal of subsidiaries and net profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately HK$151 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss attributable to owners of the company of approximately HK$11.30 million in 2024.
