截至2026年2月28日，河北建设已发行H股461,383,500股，内资股1,300,000,000股，两类股份数量相较上月底无增减变动，亦无新增发行或回购注销。公司确认本期满足香港联交所相关公众持股量要求。
公司报告称，当月没有与股份期权或股权激励相关的变动，亦无其他已发股份或库存股份变动记录。综上所述，截至本月底公司股本总数保持稳定。
