家鄉互動科技有限公司（「家鄉互動」，股票代號03798）於2026年1月20日公布翌日披露報表，宣布當日於香港聯交所回購合共118,000股普通股。公司指出，此次回購股份佔該回購前已發行股本約0.00922%，每股價格介乎港幣1.38元至1.40元，合共支付約港幣164,760元。
回購完成後，家鄉互動的已發行股份總數為1,279,031,500股，庫存股份增至4,372,000股，總股本保持1,283,403,500股。公司同時披露，該次回購根據2025年6月17日獲股東通過的回購授權進行，該授權的可回購股份上限為128,340,350股。截至本次回購，公司確認已遵守香港聯交所相關上市規則及適用法例。
據悉，該公告由公司聯席公司秘書吳介然簽署。公司強調，回購事項按照已呈交香港聯交所的相關資料，並未有任何重大變動。
