黑芝麻智能国际控股有限公司于2026年4月9日发布的最新股份变动月报表显示，截至2026年3月31日，公司于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市的普通股已发行股份数量（不包括库存股份）由2月底的642,992,033股增加至678,259,741股，增加幅度为35,267,708股，库存股份数则保持在271,200股不变。
黑芝麻智能的法定股本与上月相比无变化。公司法定/注册股本依旧为1,000,000,000股普通股，面值0.0001美元，注册资本总额为100,000美元。
本月股份变动主要来自三部分：首先，根据公司于2016年9月7日采纳并于2021年12月31日修订的首次公开发售前股份计划，当月行使了724,708股期权；其次，按照公司于2024年7月26日采纳的首次公开发售后股份计划，公司向受托人定向增发6,000,000股普通股，供未来转让予相关承授人；此外，公司根据先前已获授权的配售方案，于2026年3月6日配发并发行28,543,000股新股。期权行使所获资金为港币2,737,430.05元。
月报显示未发生购回或注销股份事宜。公司称，截至报告期末公司已发行股数及注册股本符合香港联交所《上市规则》及其他相关法律规定，报告函由公司董事单记章签署。
