山東威高集團醫用高分子製品股份有限公司（01066）于2025年11月25日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日于香港联交所回购113,200股H股股份，占公司现有已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）的0.0025%，每股回购价介乎每股5.57港元至5.59港元，合计支付约63.19万港元。
本次回购后，公司已发行股本变动至4,495,796,324股，库藏股数增至26,536,000股。此前，公司于2025年5月27日获通过股份购回授权，授权可回购总数为451,560,392股。截至目前，公司合计回购数为19,887,600股。
