Jacobio Pharmaceuticals executes HKD 0.50 million on-market buyback, lifting treasury stock to 9.58 million shares

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 99,000 ordinary shares on 24 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices between HKD 5.01 and HKD 5.03, translating into a volume-weighted average of HKD 5.0197 per share and an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 0.50 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.01266% to 782.18 million. Treasury shares increased to 9.58 million, while the total issued share capital remained constant at 791.76 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises Jacobio Pharmaceuticals to repurchase up to 78.37 million shares. Including the latest transaction, the company has repurchased 1.55 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.20% of the outstanding share base at the date the authorisation was granted.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06, Jacobio is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals, effective until 23 August 2026.
