SEVEN ELEMENTS (01660) has announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.

The company reported a revenue of HK$172 million, representing a decrease of 13.23% compared to the previous year.

The net loss attributable to shareholders was HK$10.093 million, which marks a substantial narrowing of 87.03% year-on-year.

The basic loss per share was HK$0.0016.

The company stated that the overall decrease in revenue of approximately 13.2% was primarily due to reductions in several areas.

These include a decrease of HK$24.6 million in revenue from property leasing, sub-leasing, retail, and other sources, and a decrease of HK$21.2 million in revenue from machinery leasing and related services.

These declines were partially offset by revenue growth in other segments.

Specifically, property management revenue increased by HK$11.4 million, and interest income from receivables financing increased by HK$9.9 million.
