2026年4月9日，快手科技（公司简称“快手-W”）披露截至2026年3月31日的股份变动月报表。报告期内，公司注册股本无变化，A类及B类股份的法定/注册股本分别保持在766,237,001股及8,667,725,263股。
报告显示，B类股份从上月底的3,656,950,627股增至3,657,512,796股，单月新增562,169股；A类股份则维持695,753,099股不变。整体已发行股份合计约4,353,265,895股。报告期内无购回及注销股份活动，也未出现库藏股变动。
根据公告，本月新增的562,169股主要来自首批公开发售前员工持股计划下的购股权行使。该计划当月行使购股权后，成功发行B类新股562,169股，行使期权所得款项合计183,997.93港元。此外，首次公开发售后购股权计划及其他股权激励安排无新增已发行股份。
公司在公告中确认，所有本月的证券发行、购回及股份授出均遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规。该月报由公司联席公司秘书赵华夏签署。公司表示，截至3月末，各项股本数据已更新完毕，且公司股本结构整体保持稳定。
