Jacobio Pharmaceuticals buys back 98,400 shares for HK$0.43 million; treasury stock grows to 8.34 million

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. repurchased 98,400 ordinary shares on 16 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed within a price range of HK$4.36–HK$4.43, costing a total of HK$0.43 million, or an average of HK$4.38 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.01256% to 783.42 million shares, while treasury stock increased to 8.34 million shares. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 791.76 million.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises Jacobio Pharmaceuticals to repurchase up to 78.37 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 305,700 shares, equivalent to 0.03901% of the issued share count on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares for a 30-day moratorium period ending 16 July 2026.
