首钢福山资源集团有限公司披露，截至2025年12月31日止年度，净利润预计为6亿至7亿港元，较上一年度的14.94亿港元下降约60%至53%。公告显示，主要原因是集团精焦煤产品平均实现销售价同比下降约36%，导致利润显著下滑。同时，集团自2024年7月起全面进入下组煤层开采，较高价低硫精焦煤停产，进一步拖累了本年度主要精焦煤产品整体销售价格。为应对价格波动，集团持续加强成本管控和生产效率。
根据公告披露，集团主要精焦煤产品在装运港的市场价格已从2025年6月约每吨人民币968元的低点回升至约每吨人民币1,318元，涨幅接近36%；与2025年平均市场价格约每吨人民币1,237元相比，上涨约7%。管理层预计目前的价格水平将对未来的财务表现起到一定支持作用。
