Meilleure Health to Forfeit Unclaimed 2017 Interim Dividend After Six-Year Limitation Period

Meilleure Health International Industry Group Limited has invoked its Bye-laws to forfeit unclaimed interim dividends declared for the six months ended 30 June 2017. The cash distribution amounted to HK$0.006 per share and was originally payable on 31 October 2017. Any portion of that dividend which remained unclaimed as of 31 October 2023 now reverts to the company.

Shareholders who have not yet received or presented their dividend warrants may still claim the funds by contacting Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) no later than 4:30 p.m. on 27 April 2026.

The decision complies with the company’s memorandum of association and Bye-laws, which mandate that dividends unclaimed six years after declaration be forfeited to the company.
