Akeso Leaves Share Count Unchanged in September 2026; 10.81 Million Options Outstanding

Akeso, Inc. (HKEX: 09926) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, indicating no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

• Authorised capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001, equivalent to USD 50,000.

• Issued share capital stayed flat at 921.14 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, and it confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent.

• Under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme (adopted 28 June 2022; amended 30 June 2024), 45,000 options lapsed, reducing outstanding options to 10.81 million. These options represent 1.07 million shares potentially issuable. The scheme still allows for up to 71.13 million additional shares to be granted in the future. No options were granted, exercised, or cancelled during the month, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

• The Post-IPO Restricted Share Unit Scheme recorded no share issuances or treasury-share transfers. There were likewise no movements involving warrants, convertible securities, or other share issuance arrangements.

With zero new shares issued and no treasury-share activity, Akeso’s share structure and capital base were unchanged through September 2026. The return was submitted by Director Xia Yu on 7 October 2026.
