徽商银行(03698)发布2025年度股东会通告，董事会建议派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每10股派发现金股利人民币2.5元（含税），即每股0.25元（含税）。以该行2025年末普通股总股份数138,898万股计算，合计派发现金股利约人民币34.72亿元（含税）。该利润分配方案尚需提交2026年6月30日召开的年度股东大会审议批准。
如分红派息股权登记日前发生股份增发等导致总股份数变动，每股股息将在派息总额不变的前提下相应调整。若方案获股东大会通过，现金股息将派付予2026年7月13日（星期一）名列股东名册的内资股股东和H股股东。该行H股股份过户登记手续将于2026年7月8日（星期三）至7月13日（星期一）期间暂停，未登记H股股东须最迟于2026年7月7日（星期二）下午4时30分前递交过户文件以符合收取股息资格。预期股息派发日为2026年8月21日（星期五）。
