CHTC Fong's International Keeps Share Base Steady at 1.10 Billion; Confirms Public-Float Compliance for May 2026

CHTC Fong's International Company Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a stable share capital structure with no equity movements during the month. The filing was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 June 2026.

Total authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital also showed no activity: 1.10 billion ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of May, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, there were no share issues, repurchases, cancellations or conversions recorded for the month.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating sufficient free‐float liquidity in its shares.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts or other share-based arrangements were outstanding or exercised during the reporting period.

The submission, signed by Company Secretary Wong Bing Ni, includes the standard confirmations of adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory obligations.
