截至2025年9月30日止上半年，安全货仓有限公司总收入为0.84亿港元，同比下降10%。于同一报告期内，扣除投资物业公平值亏损后的税后核心溢利（非香港财务报告准则计量）录得0.96亿港元，较去年同期的0.74亿港元增长约30%。
成本方面，员工成本同比增加3%，主要由于人力投入及薪酬调整所致；物业、机器及设备折旧同比减少19%，主要因为部分成本较高的资产已完全折旧；其他费用同比增长13%，受部分物业管理开支增加等因素影响。
业务分项
货仓营运分部：报告期内收入约846.7万港元，同比上升9%。虽然本地私人消费市场尚在复苏阶段，但仓储需求较去年同期有所提升，推动收入小幅增长。
物业投资分部：报告期内录得收入5365万港元，同比下降4%。写字楼供大于求导致市场租金及出租率承压，该分部租金收入仍面临下行压力。
财务投资分部：报告期内收入2198.3万港元，同比下降26%。存款利息收入有所减少，但投资组合的公平值溢利增加，带动分部整体表现获得一定支撑。管理层仍将持续关注外部市场环境变化，以审慎控制此分部的收益波动。
