Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it bought back 25,000 of its ordinary shares on Jul, 9 2026 at an average price of US$60.9751 per share.
The company will cancel the repurchased shares. Following the cancellation, Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited’s issued share capital stands at 294,233,976 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. The company holds no treasury shares. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for any disclosure calculations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
