Summi (Group) Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 00756) released its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2025. The Group’s revenue reached RMB86,632,000, a 7.4% year-on-year increase, primarily driven by higher sales of frozen concentrated orange juice (FCOJ) products. Gross profit stood at RMB12,376,000, down 41.8% year-on-year, and the Group recorded a net loss of RMB24,495,000 (a marginal 0.2% improvement compared to the previous financial year).

According to the report, revenue from FCOJ and related products rose 22.1% to RMB80,081,000, while Summi brand products and other product sales decreased 56.4% to RMB6,551,000. As of 30 June 2025, the Group’s net current liabilities amounted to RMB345,810,000, with overall net liabilities at RMB270,163,000. The Group has been implementing cost controls, exploring new financing channels, and negotiating repayment extensions with lenders to address liquidity pressures.

Auditor SFAI (HK) CPA Limited issued a disclaimer of opinion regarding uncertainties surrounding the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern. The Board highlighted ongoing efforts, including discussions with banks on potential restructuring agreements for overdue borrowings, to stabilize operations. Summi (Group) Holdings Limited remains focused on reinforcing its FCOJ segment while maintaining product offerings under the “Summi,” “Be Juice,” and “Kokonut” brands.
