Wing Tai Properties (00369) announced that, pursuant to the share option scheme adopted on May 23, 2023, a total of 3.014 million share options were granted on January 20, 2026. These options are exercisable for the subscription of new ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.50 each. Separately, under the share award scheme also adopted on May 23, 2023, a total of 5.7455 million new shares were granted as awards on the same date, January 20, 2026.
