根据金粤控股有限公司公告，截至2025年12月31日止六个月，营收同比减少约5百万元，经调整净亏损约10百万元，较2024年同期的亏损约61百万元显著收窄。公告显示，尽管本期营收有所下滑，但亏损减少主要归因于下列因素：其一，集团持有的物业（分类为物业、厂房及设备）减值于本期撥回约6百万元，而去年同期录得约28百万元减值亏损；其二，期内投资物业公平值亏损较上一同期减少约9百万元；其三，其他收益约30.2万港币，而上一同期则录得其他亏损约5百万元。上述多重因素共同推动本期整体亏损显著减少。
