根据公告，本次回购价格介于每股人民币20.41元至人民币20.50元之间，合计支付约1,228.32万元人民币。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）变更为6,105,973,625股，库藏股数量变更为147,054,786股，已发行股本总数保持6,253,028,411股。
公告显示，公司确认本次回购行为已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守了所有相关上市规则及适用法律法规。公告由公司秘书伍志贤签署。
