• Beijing Health (Holdings) Limited released its 10th Environmental, Social and Governance Report, covering the period 1 January – 31 December 2025. The reporting scope now includes Wuxi Beikang Hongtai Geriatric Services and Changzhou Qiyue Hongtai Geriatric Service while excluding Shanghai Xiangyong Enterprise Management Consulting. Five private non-profit geriatric homes were newly consolidated for ESG disclosure.

• Workforce under review totalled 452, of which 407 are full-time staff. Employee turnover stood at 24 %, with a 21 % male and 26 % female turnover rate.

• Occupational safety remained intact: zero work-related fatalities and zero lost-day injuries were recorded for the year. Vissam Prosperity holds ISO 45001:2018 certification.

• Environmental metrics show total greenhouse-gas emissions (Scope 1 + Scope 2) of 2,782.71 tCO₂e, equal to 0.07 tCO₂e per square metre of gross floor area. • ESG governance remains board-led. A dedicated ESG Working Group, supported by external advisor Riskory Consultancy, reports regularly to the board on climate-related risks, which are assessed under NGFS “Current Policies” and “Net Zero 2050” scenarios.

• No legal cases concerning bribery, fraud or money laundering were concluded against the company or employees in 2025. Anti-corruption training covered directors and staff; a whistle-blowing mechanism with 24-hour channels is in force.

• Community engagement centred on ageing care. Highlights include the “Seniors’ Month” outreach in Wuhu, a Chung Yeung Festival donation programme in Hebei’s Laiyuan County and sponsorship of Hong Kong’s carbon-neutral “Chill ESG Concert”.

• Looking ahead, BJ Health targets participation in at least one climate-related activity annually, supports national “Dual-Carbon” goals and has begun purchasing carbon credits via HKEX Core Climate to offset residual emissions.
