北控城市资源集团有限公司（03718）8月14日公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，集团预计确认与危险废物相关资产的减值亏损拨备约人民币1.27亿元。
公告指出，尽管计提上述拨备，集团预期该期间的股东应占溢利将维持稳定，较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的水平预计增幅不超过10%。
减值主要来源于徐州平福环保资源开发有限公司项目。该项目为公司80%间接附属公司，2023年第四季度投产。截至2026年6月30日，该项目非流动资产（包括物业、厂房及设备及使用权资产）合计约人民币1.732亿元。由于行业竞争导致危废处置价格低位及产能利用率偏低，该项目出现亏损并现金流不足。基于估值结果，公司预计就该项目确认约人民币1.27亿元的一次性非现金减值拨备。
公司表示，相关期间的中期业绩仍在最终确定中，具体数据尚未经过核数师及审计委员会审阅，最终结果可能调整。公司计划于2026年8月底前发布中期业绩公告。
