中加国信控股(899)于2026年2月27日（收市后）与买方及目标公司签署第二份补充协议，明确交易应于2026年12月31日或公司与买方可能协定的其他日期前完成。为此，买方当日需支付一次性不可退还的延期费人民币600,000元，并于每月底额外支付每月延期费人民币300,000元，直至结清总价款余额。若买方未能按时缴纳上述款项，公司有权终止协议并没收已付按金。
公司方面表示，由于买方未能按期完成交易，同时未能寻找到新的有意向买家，考虑到中国经济和房地产市场的持续不确定因素，决定与买方协商延长完成日期。公司认为，在此背景下收取延期费用并维系合约更具可行性，且有利于保障交易完成的可能性。
此外，董事会在2026年2月27日召开会议，通过将执行董事丘可儿女士的年薪酬由港币240,000元调整至港币420,000元，自2026年3月1日起生效。公司指出，薪酬调整综合参考了其经验与职责，并认为此举有助于激励其在公司后续发展中发挥更大作用。
