2026年5月13日，遇见小面（02408）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于香港联交所场内回购H股股份。
本次回购股份数量为136,500股（约13.65万股），占2026年5月12日已发行股本的0.0192%。每股回购价格介乎港币4.13元至4.23元，支付总金额约57.38万港元。由于本次回购的股份尚未注销，截至5月13日公司已发行股本总数仍为710,689,300股，库存股份数量为0股。
根据公告，回购授权于2026年1月26日获得通过，公司截至本次回购已累计购回8,016,500股，约占回购授权决议通过日已发行股本的1.1280%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
上述公告由公司董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官宋奇签署。
