港誉智慧城市服务控股有限公司（00265）8月21日发布盈利警告称，根据董事会对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间的未经过审综合管理账目之初步评估，集团预计在报告期将录得介乎溢利约4百万元港元至亏损约2百万元港元；而2025年同期则录得溢利约15.1百万元港元。
公司指出，盈利大幅减少主要由于本期间两份主要环境卫生合约到期，以及在调整服务以符合客户期望的过程中，对一个物业管理项目的收入进行下调，导致毛利大幅下降。
公告显示，上述数据尚未经过公司独立核数师审阅，亦未由董事会审核委员会审阅，相关资料仍可能调整。公司预计将在2026年8月28日公布中期业绩。
