Haier Smart Home (690D) Announces Share Repurchases with No Change in Total Issued Shares

Haier Smart Home (690D) released a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 16 February 2026, indicating that the total number of its issued ordinary D-Shares remained at 271.01 million as of 13 February 2026. According to the announcement, there was no change in the overall issued or treasury shares within the reporting period.

Between 21 January 2026 and 13 February 2026, the company repurchased an aggregated 865,598 shares for cancellation, with repurchase prices mainly ranging around EUR 2.03 to EUR 2.10. All these repurchased shares are not yet cancelled as of 13 February 2026. The mandate for these repurchases was granted on 28 May 2025 for up to 81.30 million shares.

The latest repurchase occurred on 13 February 2026 at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for 45,000 shares at prices between EUR 2.0305 and EUR 2.0405. The total consideration for that particular transaction amounted to EUR 91,734.35. The disclosure confirms that the issued share count has remained unchanged at 271.01 million despite the repurchase activities.
