伟业控股有限公司（01570）8月3日在港交所发布公告，公布解决审计“无法表示意见”行动计划的季度最新进展。
公告显示，截至公告日期，公司在以下三方面推进落实：
1. 融资重组：集团正与银行、信托金融公司及其他贷款人磋商续贷或展期事宜。公司已在中国就一名贷款人发起法律诉讼，并认为集团拥有向该贷款人收取约人民币11.70亿元的合同赔偿退款权利。此外，集团正与另一贷款人商讨延长本金偿还期限。
2. 销售及预售调整：为支持物业开发项目实现预算销售及预售目标，集团已实施调整销售及预售活动政策，并增加促销费用以提升销售。
3. 以物业抵债：集团与承建商及供应商就未偿款项的结算方式展开谈判，提议通过转让物业替代现金支付。截至公告日期，集团已与承建商及供应商签订至少三份结算协议，结清未偿债务约人民币11百万元。公告称，在现金流量预测中，上述未偿款项采用非现金方式结算，不会导致重大现金流出。
董事会表示，将继续全力推动行动计划直至审计“无法表示意见”事项解决，并将按需发布进一步进展。
