苹果、Meta因违反技术规则被欧盟罚款总计7亿欧元
4月23日，市场消息：苹果因违反反垄断规则，被欧盟反垄断机构罚款5亿欧元；Meta Platforms被处以2亿欧元罚款。欧盟表示，由于用户数量下降至某一临界值以下，Meta的市场平台不再被视为垄断者或门户。欧洲监管机构在苹果对浏览器选择界面进行调整后，终止了对苹果公司浏览器选项的调查。欧盟在一项新的指控中表示，苹果的条款阻止用户下载应用程序，网络应用商店违反了欧盟的规定。
苹果公司表示将对欧盟的罚款提起上诉，称其受到不公平的针对，欧盟的决定对用户的隐私和安全造成不利影响。
Meta Platforms表示，欧盟试图削弱美国企业，迫使其改变商业模式，提供劣质服务。
消息发布后，苹果、Meta美股盘前波动不大，维持涨势。截至发稿，苹果涨近3%，Meta涨近4%。
