Global Resource Construction Ltd. announced the establishment of a multicurrency medium term note programme of up to 0.5 billion Singapore dollars on Apr, 2 2026.

The company has appointed DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited as arrangers and dealers for the programme.

Under the programme, the company may issue notes in Singapore dollars or other currencies, across various amounts and tenors, with fixed, floating, hybrid or zero-coupon structures, subject to prevailing regulations.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings, financing investments and providing working capital for the company and its subsidiaries.

The notes will be offered outside the United States to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act and in Singapore to institutional and accredited investors under the Securities and Futures Act exemptions.
