2026年7月31日，融创服务控股有限公司（01516）公告称，公司非执行董事高曦已收到中国证券监督管理委员会天津监管局的警示函，以及深圳证券交易所的通报批评。
公告披露，事件源于融创中国控股有限公司全资附属公司融创房地产集团有限公司未能在规定的2026年4月30日前按时披露2025年度报告，延迟时间为四个工作日。根据《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》、《公司信用类债券信息披露管理办法》和深交所公司债券上市规则，天津证监局对融创房地产集团及其时任信息披露事务负责人高曦采取出具警示函的行政监管措施；深交所对融创房地产集团及高曦作出通报批评的纪律处分。
融创服务董事会（除高曦外）审阅相关文件后指出，违规原因系年度报告需更多时间复核完善内容所致，并确认上述监管措施不涉及不诚实或欺诈行为。董事会认为，高曦仍适合继续担任公司董事，且相关行政监管措施及纪律处分不会对集团业务或运营产生重大不利影响。
高曦已确认，除公告所披露内容外，并无根据上市规则第13.51(2)(h)至(v)条需进一步披露的事项。
