Sun Hang has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of FIN STREET SEC (01476) due to reaching the statutory retirement age, effective from October 31, 2025. The board of directors has held a meeting and approved that the company's president, Yin Guohong, will assume the CFO responsibilities on an interim basis starting October 31, 2025, until a new CFO is appointed by the board.
