Procore reported quarterly earnings of $0.42 per share, significantly beating the analyst consensus estimate of $0.32 by 30.03%. This represents a 75% increase from the same period last year. The company's quarterly sales reached $338.851 million, surpassing the analyst expectations of $328.200 million by 3.25% and marking a 14.52% year-over-year growth.

Adding to the positive sentiment, Procore provided an encouraging outlook for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. The company projects full-year 2025 revenue between $1,312 million and $1,314 million, indicating a 14% increase over the prior year. Procore also reported a strong gross revenue retention rate of 95% for the third quarter and added 122 net new organic customers, bringing its total to 17,623. The number of customers contributing over $100,000 in annual recurring revenue grew by 15% year-over-year to 2,602.
