China Next-Gen Commerce and Supply Chain Limited (3928) has issued a form of proxy for its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at the United Conference Centre in Admiralty, Hong Kong. The meeting will consider an ordinary resolution concerning the Lease Service Framework Agreement dated 15 December 2025, entered into between Shanghai Mitaki Culture Development Company Limited and Seazen Holdings Co.
The resolution seeks approval, confirmation, and ratification of the Lease Service Framework Agreement, along with the corresponding annual caps for the calendar years ending 31 December 2025, 2026, and 2027. It also authorizes any Director or an authorized person to carry out all necessary actions and execute relevant documents to implement the agreement and the annual caps.
According to the official proxy form, shareholders may appoint proxies to attend and vote if they are unable to attend in person. The completed proxy form must be delivered to the Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at least 48 hours before the EGM. Shareholders remain entitled to attend and vote in person at the meeting if they so choose.
