On 27 July 2026, China In-Tech Limited announced the release of its latest Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form, now accessible in both English and Chinese on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.chinaintech464.com).

The board confirmed that, in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023 (Listing Rule 2.07A), China In-Tech has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. These materials include directors’ reports, audited financial statements, interim and annual reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms.

Registered shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the completed form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Alternatively, shareholders may email chinaintech.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.

If a valid email address is not supplied, Actionable Corporate Communications will be sent in printed form until electronic contact details are received. Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may opt in by submitting the reply form or emailing the registrar; such instructions remain effective for one year from receipt.
