Zhenro Properties Group Limited (ZHENRO PPT) announced that the High Court of Hong Kong has postponed the hearing of a winding-up petition against its wholly owned subsidiary, Zhenro Hong Kong Limited, from 26 August 2026 to 10:30 a.m. on 30 September 2026.

The company is currently negotiating with offshore creditors—including the petitioner—on an Offshore Restructuring Plan. A term sheet outlining proposed restructuring terms was circulated to selected creditors on 20 August 2026, but its acceptance remains uncertain. Implementation of the proposed plan and any related Scheme of Arrangement is contingent on creditor agreement and approvals from relevant authorities, the court, and shareholders.
