ASML Holding NV shares declined 0.4% during early Thursday trading in the U.S. market. The semiconductor equipment manufacturer announced the appointment of Marco Pieters, a veteran executive with 25 years of service, as its new Chief Technology Officer. Pieters will spearhead technological innovation initiatives and is scheduled to join the management committee in April 2026.
