Shares of Angelalign (06699) advanced nearly 5% during Hong Kong trading on Wednesday, last up 3.62% at HK$98.70 with turnover reaching HK$60.63 million.

The surge follows the company's 2026 interim results, which showed total case numbers reaching 316,609, up 40.2% year-on-year, while revenue grew 42.9% to US$231 million. Notably, the overseas division, excluding mainland China, contributed 168,000 clear aligner cases, a 43.4% increase, with both case volume and revenue share surpassing the 50% threshold for the first time.

More critically, the international segment has successfully reversed its previous loss trajectory, indicating that Angelalign has validated its self-sustaining business model overseas, transitioning from an expansion phase into a harvesting period. To address the substantial unmet demand for clear aligners globally, the company has been strengthening its localized teams and hosting professional academic events such as iMaster and Angel Ascend across key markets in Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Latin America. These initiatives are designed to enhance practitioner adoption of Angelalign solutions, building a growth engine anchored in professional credibility worldwide.

Morgan Stanley has raised its 2026-2028 revenue forecasts for Angelalign by approximately 4% each year, citing management's latest guidance on robust sales momentum in both domestic and international markets. The investment bank also projects that the company's adjusted operating margin for overseas operations will remain consistently profitable.
