中加国信（00899）9月18日发布补充公告称，董事会已决议终止此前建议的更改公司名称事项，即不再把公司英文名称由“Zhong Jia Guo Xin Holdings Company Limited”更名为“Asia Resources Holdings Limited”，亦不再将中文名称由“中加国信控股股份有限公司”更名为“亚洲资源控股有限公司”。受此影响，公司原计划为讨论并酌情批准该项变更而召开的股东大会将不再举行。
公告回顾显示，上述被终止的更名建议最初披露于2025年8月22日。
除取消原方案外，公司在2026年9月17日公告的另一项名称变更提议维持不变：即拟将公司英文名称更改为“You You Holdings Company Limited”，并将中文名称更改为“友友控股有限公司”作为第二名称。
截至本次公告日，公司董事会架构包括：执行董事2名，分别为丘可儿女士及黄佳豪先生；非执行董事4名，分别为姜晓钧女士、梁金祥博士、温雅言先生及王祖伟先生；独立非执行董事4名，分别为苏定江先生、王芃纬先生、林子泽先生及黄俊鹏先生。
