ISDN Holdings to Distribute Scrip-Option Documents for FY2025 Final Dividend; Election Deadline Set for 30 July 2026

ISDN Holdings Limited has begun dispatching Notice of Election documents (Singapore register) and Election Forms (Hong Kong register) today, 15 July 2026, enabling shareholders to choose between cash or scrip for the first and final tax-exempt FY2025 dividend of 0.53 Singapore cents (≈ 3.28 Hong Kong cents) per share.

Key terms of the Scrip Dividend Scheme • Dividend quantum: 0.53 Singapore cents per share. • Issue price for new shares: S$0.648 for Singapore shareholders; HK$3.934 for Hong Kong shareholders (exchange rate S$1 = HK$6.07). • Record dates (previously announced): 8 July 2026 (Singapore register) and 9 July 2026 (Hong Kong register). • Election deadline: – Singapore shareholders: 5:30 p.m. (Singapore time) on 30 July 2026. – Hong Kong shareholders: 4:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 30 July 2026.

Election mechanics • Singapore shareholders must return the completed Notice of Election to ISDN or to The Central Depository (Pte) Limited by the stated deadline. • Hong Kong shareholders electing scrip (in full or in part) must submit the Election Form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited by the deadline. • Shareholders who take no action—or whose forms are late or incomplete—will automatically receive the dividend wholly in cash. • Shareholders with overseas registered addresses that have not provided a Singapore address will receive cash only.

Timetable for distribution and listing • Cash dividend payment date (both markets): on or about 25 August 2026. • Singapore register: New shares to be credited to securities accounts and commence trading on or about 25 August 2026. • Hong Kong register: Share certificates dispatched on 24 August 2026; new shares expected to list on HKEX on 25 August 2026.

Supporting documents • Singapore shareholders will receive the Scrip Dividend Scheme Statement and Notice of Election on 15 July 2026. • Hong Kong shareholders can access the circular on the company’s and HKEX’s websites; printed or electronic copies of the notice and Election Form are being dispatched today.

Governance The announcement was authorised by Managing Director and President Mr Teo Cher Koon on behalf of the Board, which currently comprises two executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
