翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（翰思艾泰-B，股票代码：03378）于2026年5月8日披露翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所场内回购22,000股H股普通股，占该公司当日现有已发行股本约0.016%。此次回购价格区间为每股31.30港元至32.42港元，合计耗资704,514港元（折合约70.45万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为135,694,130股，库藏股数上升至524,700股。根据2026年2月12日通过的购回授权，公司可回购的股份总数为13,621,883股，截至目前累计回购524,700股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.3852%。剩余可回购股份约13,097,183股（约1,309.72万股）。
