Bay Area Development Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director Ms. Xiao Yang

Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (Bay Area Development) reported that Ms. Xiao Yang has stepped down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective 25 June 2026. The departure is attributed to a change in work allocation.

Ms. Yang confirmed she has no outstanding claims against Bay Area Development, no disagreement with the Board, and no further matters requiring notification to shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Following the change, the Board consists of three Executive Directors—Mr. Jianming Wu (Chairman and General Manager), Mr. Cheng Wu (Deputy General Manager) and Mr. Ji Liu (Deputy General Manager and Secretary to the Board); two Non-Executive Directors—Ms. Guiping Zhao and Mr. Xuan Wang; and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Mr. Yu Lung Ching, Mr. Tony Chung Nin Kan and Mr. Peng Xue.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Yang’s contributions to the company’s operations and development during her tenure.
