万科企业股份有限公司（02202）7月10日公告称，预计2026年1月1日至6月30日期间归属于上市公司股东的净利润将录得亏损，区间为人民币120亿元至150亿元；上年同期亏损为人民币119.47亿元。

公司预计2026年上半年基本每股亏损为人民币1.0058元至1.2573元，而上年同期基本每股亏损为人民币1.0075元。公告显示，本次业绩预告未经会计师事务所审计。
