CHINA RAILWAY (00390) announced that its 2023 Technology Innovation Renewable Corporate Bond (5th Issue) (Type 1) issued to professional investors will commence interest payment on September 15, 2025, covering the interest period from September 14, 2024 to September 13, 2025.
The bond, with the abbreviated name "铁工KY09", has a total issuance amount of RMB 2.5 billion. The bond carries a coupon rate of 3.25% and adopts simple interest calculation on an annual basis without compound interest.
