ULFERTS (01711) announced that Ernst & Young has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 8, 2025, after failing to reach an agreement with the board on proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, Zheng Zheng CPA Limited has been appointed as the new auditor, effective December 8, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by Ernst & Young. Zheng Zheng will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
