本次回购后，翰思艾泰-B已发行股本（不含库藏股）为134,337,830股，库藏股为1,881,000股，合计136,218,830股。回购授权于2026年6月24日获股东大会通过，授权购回股份总数为13,469,683股；截至目前，已合计回购359,000股。公司确认，上述回购事项已获董事会正式授权并遵守相关上市规则与法律规定。本公告由董事长兼执行董事张发明签署。
