星悦康旅股份有限公司（股票代码：03662）宣布，董事会已获一般授权，可于股东大会通过相关决议后，于香港联交所回购最多相当于公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）10%的股份。基于截至最后可行日期公司已发行股本约7.2625亿股，拟回购规模最高可达7262.5万股。
公司表示，此次回购所需资金将来自依据开曼群岛法律及香港上市规则可合法动用的自有资金。董事会认为，股份回购有助于提升每股资产净值及盈利水平，符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。
公告显示，星悦康旅过去12个月在联交所的股价区间最高约为每股0.61港元、最低约0.28港元。根据计划，公司将在2026年5月22日召开股东周年大会审议该回购授权事宜，过户登记将于5月15日至5月22日暂停办理，届时符合资格的股东可就该议案进行投票表决。公司董事会表示，将视市况及资金情况决定是否行使回购权限，并强调不会导致市场上可流通股份比例低于上市规定。
